Free Day 1 Sampler

Experience Lodestone™ for Yourself

Lodestone is not just something to read about or think about. It is something to experience. This free Day 1 sampler gives you a real taste of the Lodestone journey so you can feel the method in your own body.

If it resonates with you, the next step is to continue with the 10-Day Sanctuary or go deeper with the full 30-Day Lodestone journey.

Welcome

Before you begin, take a moment to arrive. Give yourself a little quiet space. Try not to multitask. Let your body receive the practice rather than trying to analyse every word.

This sampler is a real beginning, not just a teaser. Let yourself experience it fully.

Day 1 Sampler Audio

Set aside around 30 minutes if possible. Sit or stand comfortably with your spine vertical. Please do not lie down for this practice. Let yourself receive the practice.

You may return to this day more than once. Lodestone™ works through repetition, not through one-off inspiration.

When you press play, the audio may take a few moments to begin. Use that time not as waiting, but as preparation. Let your body become quiet, let your attention soften, and open yourself to receive.

How to Use This Sampler

Lodestone works best when it is received as a real practice.

  • Choose a quiet place where you will not be interrupted.
  • Sit or stand comfortably with your spine vertical.
  • Please do not lie down for this practice.
  • Do not multitask while listening.
  • Let the experience land in the body, not only in the mind.
  • If it feels unfamiliar at first, that is normal.
  • Repetition often deepens the effect.

This is the beginning of a relationship with yourself, not a performance.

After Listening, Ask Yourself

  1. What changed in me, even slightly, while I was listening?
  2. What did I notice in my body, breath, or attention?
  3. What would it be like to give myself this kind of practice for 30 days?

After the practice, simply notice any small shift inside. Do not hurry to explain it, justify it, or reduce it to words. Some changes are known by the body and spirit before the mind can describe them, and the quiet recognition of that response is part of the practice.

You do not need to force an answer. Just notice what is there.
