About Linden
Linden Thorp is an embodiment mentor, writer, and Buddhist priest based in Japan. Her work focuses on the relationship between embodiment, communication, self-leadership, and sustainable human capacity in professional life. Drawing on the bodywork traditions of F. M. Alexander and Moshe Feldenkrais, as well as Indigenous wisdom, spiritual training, and cross-cultural experience, she brings a grounded and integrative perspective to leadership, presence, and change. Through her writing and Lodestone Inside work, she helps readers rethink clarity, resilience, and professional effectiveness from the inside out.
