Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

私たちのサービスは、主にオンライン講座・ライブセッション・デジタル教材（音源・PDFなど）の提供です。 物理的な商品は取り扱っていないため、「返品」や「交換」は発生しませんが、 以下の条件でキャンセルおよび返金をお受けします。

We primarily offer online courses, live sessions and digital materials (audio, PDF, etc.). We do not sell physical goods, so traditional “returns” or “exchanges” do not apply. Instead, we offer cancellations and refunds under the conditions below.

1. オンライン講座・グループコース（例：Human Unlimited – From Burnout to Balance）
1. Online Courses and Group Programmes (e.g. Human Unlimited – From Burnout to Balance)

• コース開始日の7日前まで（日本時間）にキャンセルのご連絡をいただいた場合：
  参加費を全額返金いたします（決済代行会社の手数料等、返金不可の費用を除く場合があります）。
• コース開始日まで7日を切った後のキャンセル：
  原則として返金はいたしません。ただし、主催側の都合によりコースが中止または大幅に日程変更となった場合は、 全額返金いたします。
• 受講者様のご都合で一部のセッションに参加できない場合でも、 部分的な返金は行いません。 （コースの内容に応じて、録画や資料の共有が含まれる場合があります。）
• キャンセル・返金のご希望は、下記の連絡先までメールでご連絡ください。
  件名に「コースキャンセル希望」とご記入のうえ、 お名前・コース名・お支払い日をお知らせください。

For live online group courses:

• If you cancel up to 7 days before the course start date (Japan time), you may request a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable).
• If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, course fees are non-refundable, except where we cancel or significantly reschedule the course. In that case, we will issue a full refund.
• If you are unable to attend one or more sessions due to your personal schedule, no partial refunds are offered. Depending on the course, recordings or materials may be provided where that is part of the offer.
• To request a cancellation and refund, please email us using the contact details below, including your full name, course name and payment date.

2. 個人セッション・コーチング・エンボディメントセッション
2. Individual Sessions (Coaching / Embodiment)

• 予約時間の24時間以上前にキャンセルのご連絡をいただいた場合：
  セッション料を全額返金するか、 別の日程への振替をお選びいただけます（空き枠がある場合）。
• 予約時間の24時間以内のキャンセル、または無断キャンセルの場合：
  原則として返金は行わず、日程変更もお受けできない場合があります。

For individual sessions:

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you may request a full refund or reschedule to another available date.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, or do not attend, fees are generally non-refundable and rescheduling may not be possible.

3. デジタル商品（音源プログラム・eBook・オンデマンド講座など）
3. Digital Products (Audio Programmes, eBooks, On-Demand Content)

• デジタルコンテンツは性質上「返品」ができないため、 一度アクセス権が付与された後の支払いについては、 原則として返金は行いません。
• ダウンロードやアクセスの技術的な問題が発生した場合は、 ご購入日から7日以内にご連絡ください。 コンテンツへのアクセス復旧、または合理的な範囲での返金対応を検討いたします。

Because digital products cannot be physically “returned”:

• Once access to a digital product has been granted, payments are generally non-refundable.
• If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to restore access or, where that is not possible, consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
